Lets Discuss AI Automations...

Not sure why everyones NOT talking about it

Why is nobody talking about automation?

Everyone loves talking about AutoGPT: The mystical Chatbot that goes out and makes you money by doing many tasks automatically.

“Did you hear OpenAI is making AI Agents”

“This is the year of AI Agents!”

The thing is…. people love the abstract, the hypothetical, the tools of the near future that make it seem like a breakthrough is right around the corner!

Yet when something groundbreaking comes, nothing really happens. The goal posts move. People are generally too lazy, distracted, or not talented enough to realize the value of new breakthroughs.

it literally doesn’t matter which automation tool to use… pick one and test it!

Well the breakthrough you need is here… Automation with AI, and No Code Tools.

You can literally create chains of prompts with ChatGPT….

…… that have access to the 8 different apps that. you use.

You can then chain all of these together and create videos, voices, write code, scrape websites, send DM’s, operate businesses, respond to emails…

All with ChatGPT, without lifting a finger, if you are willing to learn automation.

I've come to understand that using ChatGPT is NOT efficient to use in a work setting anymore.

Many people use AI:

MSFT, Google, and Apple are all adding AI to all of their products for EVERYONE to use.

The actual advantage of AI, is when your prompts are used automatically that are triggered by your actions that you already do.

For instance, whenever you star an email, you could have it generate a professional email and send an email with your own voice back.

You could set the trigger for when someone from a specific _______________ emails you:

  • Company

  • Region

  • Position in a company

  • Age

  • Gender

And you could have it automatically respond to them in your tone based on your companies real time information.

We are going to be setting up prompts like this together in this community.

Consider this: whether you're a graphic designer seeking inspiration or crafting social media posts, much of your computer time involves repetitive tasks.

If you find a way to effectively prompt ChatGPT…

Why not fit that ChatGPT usage directly into your workflow, automatically.

You won’t have to lift a finger, if you do the upfront work.

If you are a perfectionist you could have AI generate drafts of everything.

You just need to look them over.

Automation gives you the opportunity to

Identifying repetitive tasks becomes crucial for effective automation.

However, I can understand the apprehension towards automation; no one wants to be the one to suggest that human roles could be replaced by AI… Or that 90% of your OWN job could be automated away…

But, what if you realized this is a natural process of technology.

Some people are going to lose their job eventually…

Whether or not you choose to look reality in the eye, or ignore it, it will not change the path technology is on.

But what if you embraced this change?

What if you dived into no-code automation, becoming an expert?

This field is WIDE OPEN RIGHT NOW.

No-code consultants, particularly those who streamline workflows and content creation processes using AI, are earning between $800 to $2,000 per hour.

The opportunity lies not in selling ChatGPT prompts but in creating and selling entire automated workflows and selling them to companies.

For instance, imagine setting up an automation that aggregates and summarizes newsletters from your top 10 content creators, then infuses this summary with your own perspectives and beliefs.

This content could then be distributed across various platforms in podcast form, video form (with a Hey Gen AI avatar).

I prefer not to automate content like this because I believe in raw content right now in a world filled with AI… but this model is being used to make 250K / yr + all the time.

The process of setting up these workflows can be tedious, involving API management and cost considerations. For businesses, especially those with significant revenue, the potential savings and efficiency gains are substantial. Millions of dollars.

If you compare the price for 1 Million Actions on Zapier to a full time employee.

1 Million simple Actions on Zapier costs $500

Lets say you used millions of tokens on OpenAI API and spent $2000

This is $2500 / month.

Having a full time remote employee who is low skill is going to cost much more than this.

And they would do like 100-500 actions per day (estimate, obviously), or 3000 - 15000 actions per month…

But the key is managing the data that you are using for the automations.

Which is why I plan on building an Automated AI Powered Second Brain for me and for this community.

Which will be the main topic for the next newsletter.

The BASICS of automation.

All Courses / Learning Resources / Live Stream Notes on automation will be stored here.

Just Remember

Because every action that you do, fits inside of some system.

It’s important to have a view of that system from above… Birds Eye.

We are going to be discussing that later in this course.

Automations done effectively (in my opinion, require a central database hub) and allow for that centralized data storage, to grow in value over time, as the AI models improve and the context window (the amount of data you can put in the prompt) increase over time.

This I believe, by far, is the greatest opportunity for growth in AI, and the greatest opportunity to make very significant money.
